Low-Fat Low-Carb Buffalo Lemon Chicken Recipe

When I want to get really lean, I use the Anaerobixx diet.

Its the fastest way that I have been able to get REALLY ripped, REALLY fast, without ever getting hungry, moody, loosing muscle or losing energy.

BUT, two meals of chicken breast a day, every day can get boring.

So, when I learned this recipe from my girlfriend, I was excited to finally have a way to literally “spice up” my chicken breasts without changing the macronurtient profile of the meal at all.

That means a chicken breast cooked according to this Buffalo-Lemon recipe will have the same amount of protein, carbs, fat and calories as a chicken breast that was just grilled dry!

 

Low-Carb Low-Fat Buffalo-Lemon Chicken

 

Ingredients:
200g raw chicken breast, cut into cubes or strips
2 tablespoons hot sauce (make sure it has no added sugar)
1 tablespon lemon juice
OPTIONAL — garlic powder and / or onion powder

 

Macronutrient Profile:
200g of chicken will have the following macros
47g protein – 0g carbohydrate – 3g fat – 220 calories

 

Preparation:
Put 200g of raw, thawed chicken into sealable container or ziplock bag.

Add 2 tablespoons of hot sauce and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the chicken in the container or bag and mix well.

OPTIONAL — Add garlic powder and / or onion powder, to taste.

Knead the uncooked chicken cubes / strips until the seasonings are evenly distributed.

Marinade in a refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

Thourghouly cook the chicken in a frying pan or griddle.  If you are using a non-stick pan or griddle, you do not need to add any oil.

This is an almost pure protein meal.  If you want to add carbohydrates, simply add rice, potatoes, etc.  For fat, add nuts, oil, hummus, etc.
