How and when to adjust your calories when on a cutting diet

So, for the first video in the “Project Abs 2015” series, I decided to talk about the different phases of a diet, how aggressively to cut your calories / macros and when to add them.

As an example, I used my experience cutting 36 lbs in four months last year. Believe it or not, when I was done with the diet, I was consuming over 3500 calories per day — AND STILL NEEDED TO INCREASE MY CALORIES AGAIN because of how lean I was (very little bodyfat to burn) and how many calories I was burning in my daily workouts.
